For any of you curious as to Maxim’s 100 hotest chicks of 2009 or those who are just wondering why Megan Fox didn’t slither her way to the very top, the editor has a word or two to quell why exactly Oliva Wilde took the cake.

Maxim’s new Editor in Chief, Joe Levy, says that he has loved Olivia since her role as bad girl Alex on “The OC”

“Olivia Wilde has been the sexiest woman on television since she heated up ‘The OC’ five years ago. She’s smart, she’s beautiful, and she has dual citizenship in the US and Ireland — what more can a man ask for?” Levy commented.

This June, fans will get to see a different side of Olivia as she busts out her comic chops in “Year One,” co-starring Jack Black and Michael Cera.
